Welcome to Musikgarten with Debbie Smith!
Musikgarten is a comprehensive music curriculum which promotes active listening through singing and movement with developmentally appropriate music activities. Musikgarten students will explore rhythm sticks, shakers, scarves, jingles, drums and more!

We currently offer 30 and 45 minute weekly classes for children ages three through seven years of age.
Classes will meet at the Learning Center on Clinic Drive near Flowers Hospital on Tuesday afternoons.
Music and movement awaken and stimulate neural pathways in the brain that are associated with abstract thinking, empathy, mathematics, science, and language development. Melodic and rhythmic patterns provide exercise for the brain and help develop memory.
Our classes are taught by Debbie Smith, a licensed Musikgarten educator. Debbie has experience in music education for children as a public and private school elementary music teacher, as a church children’s choirs coordinator, and as a private piano teacher.
